MUST I have a MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD TO COME TO JUSTICE GROWN?
Yes. Only patients in possession of a valid Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Card with an active issue date may visit our dispensary. We cannot accept patients with medical marijuana cards from other states.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO THE DISPENSARY?
Caregivers, registered with the Medical Marijuana Program, may always accompany patients when they visit Justice Grown. Otherwise, only essential visitors may accompany a patient. Essential visitors include parents of minors, healthcare staff or children of elderly patients requiring assistance, or the children of patients when childcare is unavailable. Since seating is limited, visitors are asked to give up their seats to patients when necessary. All visitors must be signed in and provide identification to the Security Guard upon arrival.
DO I need to see the pharmacist?
All NEW patients must see the pharmacist at their first visit. At the initial meeting, you will be asked to complete a new patient intake form outlining your condition, symptoms and current medications. It would be helpful to bring a list of current medications. The pharmacist will work with you to craft the best treatment plan to accommodate your symptoms and lifestyle. Thereafter, patients may consult with the pharmacist at any time and are welcome to schedule a follow-up appointment.
DO i need to make an appointment or do you ALLOW WALK-INS?
Appointments with the pharmacist are not required but are highly recommended to avoid long wait times. Please call or email to schedule an appointment at your convenience. Walk-ins are welcome between noon and 4:00 pm every day.
Must I consult with the pharmacist at justice grown if i HAVE VISITED A different dispensary previously?
It is not necessary to visit with the Justice Grown pharmacist if you have already visited another dispensary. However, you will be required to fill out a patient intake form for our records.
WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU sell?
Justice Grown carries the full assortment of products available in Pennsylvania. Our menu changes daily as products become available from growers and inventory is sold. We generally have the following products available, although strains and potency vary: vape cartridges, concentrates, distillates (oil), tinctures, capsules, transdermal patches, flower and topicals (lotions, creams and salves). Our menu is updated daily but you may always call to confirm product availability.
CAN PRODUCT BE PUT ASIDE AND RESERVED TO ENSURE IT WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Yes. You may contact us to put product on hold for up to one week. In extreme circumstances, when required to maintain the health and welfare of a patient, product can be held for an extended period of time.
Exception: Due to the limited supply of flower in the State, we cannot honor requests to reserve flower. Once supplies become more abundant, we will happily put flower on hold for patients upon request.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Product may only be returned within 48 hours of purchase if it is sealed in its original container or defective.
I’VE READ THE “HOW TO GET MEDICAL MARiJUANA” SECTION OF YOUR SITE AND I AM STILL CONFUSED BY THE PROCESS. CAN YOU HELP ME?
Absolutely! Please call or email us anytime and a Patient Care Advocate or Pharmacist will get back to you to answer your questions and help you through the process.
